WEIRD SOUND FROM TOYOTA CAMRY WHILE ENGINE IS ALREADY OFF

Something weird with my Toyota Camry, There is weird sound Coming from Under the vehicle? Could you help me identified this problem?

Approximately five hours after the engine is turned off, you may hear sound coming from under the vehicle for several minutes. This is the sound of a fuel evaporation leakage check and, it does not indicate a malfunction.

I just brought Toyota Camry 2017 and I want to modified some engine to make my car performance increase and more fuel efficient, can I ask Toyota mechanic to do that?
